Amsterdam presale already sold out. Had a meeting at 10:00 sadly so missed out :(
Why do they schedule the presale start during office hours anyway?
Will have to try my luck on wednesday morning I guess. No idea how many tickets are still available though.

Link goes to the app - tickets available on the 7th (WTF !)

Goes back to the link on a different device at 2 mins past 9 - straight into the pre-sale area
Add 2 tickets for the Sunday - Done
Oops - something went wrong (multiple times)
Partner also trying to do from her work PC
Refresh - sold out

Hopefully someone managed to get tickets today - just a frustrating cluster***k of an experience.

Another dance with the devil that is online ticket ordering on Wednesday. Feels like someone somewhere made a mistake (probably a lack of communication somewhere ?). Feels like Kraftwerk all over again ! :mad:

Fortunately I’d used Dice before so already had registered, but had similar issues at 9am and gave up after 10 minutes. I thought I’d try again at 9.30, got straight in and bought 4 tickets. Hopefully Wednesday will be a little smoother, good luck.

Yeah, lots of people on Facebook were reporting that they were able to get tickets after about 30-40 minutes.

Something to keep in mind if you try again for the general on-sale in 2 days.

Yeah I had issues getting tickets for Sunday

Got 2 tickets into basket around 09:05am only to be met with error to try again. After multiple attempts came up sold out!

Retried around 09:30am & now said tickets available - bagged 2 tickets luckily:o

Having failed at the pre-sale with tix apparently selling out in seconds (and appearing again half an hour later) i tried at 09:00 today. I waited patiently in the app until 09:00 and clicked [Book Now]. I got this. FFS. App store said i had the latest version. I love the idea of Dice but so far my experience has been rubbish.

Second time round, again no dice. Logged in with plenty of time on 2 devices, the Desktop just crapped out with a 'Bad Gateway 594' error, the Dice app just went straight to the Waiting List button - which I'm now on/

Utter waste of time - hope others had a better experience, me, I never even saw tickets available via any means on Monday or Today. Have mailed Dice help :mad: looking forward to their reply.

Hope tomorrows Drift Series is another banger !

saw this posted to FB that kinda explained what's up with DICE:


bottom line is there were significantly more people trying to buy tickets than there were tickets. At 9am exactly more people clicked on the Buy link than there were tickets. This put all available tickets into shopping carts, that in turn caused the "Buy Now" button to switch to "Waiting List". Inevitably, some of those purchases didn't complete, which released tickets back into the available pool, which is why some people who continued to refresh the page eventually managed to get tickets - through to about 9.15am as I understand it. It's not a perfect system, but as yet, we're not seeing any on secondary ticketing platforms - which was our primary goal here. We are working hard to protect fans and customers from being ripped off by secondary ticketing scams and there are very few ticketing platforms that really deliver that. We will learn from this and will do better next time. We're very grateful for all the support and feedback.....

Would anyone be interested in two tickets for the London show this Saturday, 1 December? Sadly I cannot make it.

I am only looking to recover cost (face value 2 x GBP 38,50 = GBP 77) and would love the tickets to go to a fan instead of the general Dice waiting list.

Note that the only way to transfer tickets seems to be through 'send to a friend' via the Dice app, and I will need your mobile number for that. I would like payment to be made in advance, e.g. via PayPal direct payment.

PM me if you are interested. My plan is to try to return the tickets to Dice for a refund on Thursday at the latest.
