Warner, I miss your album descriptions and recommendations... where oh where are you?!

Anyway, the new Lips album has been out for about a month now and well, you are the dude who opened my eyes and I want to know what you think...

My short review: It's good. Dense, packed with goodness and ends wonderfully. Not sure if I think it's a return to form as many reviews have said, but it's definitely great.

Its one that won't rub off on you straight away. Listening to it frantically as I'm off to see them next month. As long as they mix in some old fav's like Do You Realize??, then i'll be happy.

I still haven't gotten a chance to pick up this album yet...
a while back I downloaded mp3's of it, but they were obviously from streaming audio files
so everything sounded extra crappy

I'm debating if I should get the physical release
or the iTunes version - which, as I understand it - has more tracks on it than the cd

(which is the same story with Air's new album)
