UW performed "Move Any Mountain" with Mr. C (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._C) on stage tonight.

My question is, did they perform "Play Pig" tonight? Or did they forget to do that? ;)

Champi, you pulled up all the videos from the legendary 3.5 hour 2006 Cocoon gig in Frankfurt.
Make sure you filter your search results with the "Uploaded: This week" filter. ;)
Here's "TMO": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdA9wgAzw5M
Yeah the last track is "Guy Gerber - This is Balagan" if you want to find it :) nice track.

No, they didn't do Play Pig. I thought it was a banker. Fantastic night with Pearl's G and Juanita particular highlights for me. Mad NUXX. Great crowd.
Here's what I can remember of the setlist -
Nu Train
Rez/Cowgirl
Two Months Off (only guitar appearance)
Beautiful Burnout
King of Snake
Between Stars
Juanita
Pearl's Girl
NUXX
Push Upstairs
Jumbo
Move Any Mountain (with Mr. C)
Moaner
There must be more. I can never remember the bridges. The sound system wasn't the best I've heard but it didn't spoil the relentless groove. Anyway, thanks to the boys for a great night.

Thanks for the report, bazwint.
My "Play Pig" comment was a joke. :)

:) ... but I really thought we'd get the "Amnesia" part as one of the bridges. Too obvious, eh?
Wait.. Underworld performed a track by The Shamen? ;) nice one!
I can only think of 2 other tracks that they have performed live that were not theirs.... Leave Home and Rising Son.

Damn, that's a pretty good setlist. Juanita into Pearl's and then Move any Mountain. Hope someone recorded this one. Sven Vath's set from this night is floating around out there...

yea ...
I actually haven't been able to hear ANY of the new songs, save for a short (bad) clip of "Between Stars" on youtube
...and there hasn't been any new stuff up on the tracker in a WHILE (as I'm looking on it right now - the only '09 show on the first page is Malta, with "crappy distorted mono" - the recorder's own words)
but about the show
damn - I can't imagine it NOT being a great show, with Juanita-> Pearls Girl

Indeed...it's a clip from the Vegas show in August, which if I'm not mistaken, was going to be posted on the tracker in its entirety at some point.

Actually folks I'm not sure about the running order in the middle of the set. I think the first 5/last 3 are correct. The middle's a bit fuzzy... ;)

Oh dear :D
I wanted to post the gigography setlist, but first i needed to check... move any mountain - was this an underworld rendition (i.e. did rick appear to 'play' it), or was it just a case of singing over the original karaoke cd whilst rick had a fag?

Rick definitely "played" it. There was a bit of banter between him and Mr. C at one point as Rick jioned in the chorus (off mic). Big laughs. Karl stood behind his desk griinning the whole time. No pics tho', I'm afraid. I was, er, in the moment.

Great transition into Moaner at the end - I've never been so disappointed by a fadeout.

It was well planned it seems (see Mr C Twitter quote below) so it seems likely UW had the parts to play with, as opposed to just a backing CD.

10 to 1 that it was being played from a CD and not reconstructed from parts on the mixing desk.
i was just suprised that karl didnt really join in... he almost seemed embarrased to be sharing the stage with a fifty year old has-been....
Also, he seemed slighly embarrassed by Mr C :p
