Loving this just released album. Pure italo-disco pop. From start to finish, its catchy summery whistleable cheery stuff. Its even got a duet with Phil Oakey from the legendary Human League and its a stormer (Symmetry)... Surely a future single. Its a sort of cross between Goldfrapp and Annie which is no bad thing. She's also had some prominent singles remixed by Fake Blood, Jessie Rose and Alexander Robotnick as well as covered songs by Hot Chip and Giorgio Moroder. Check the videos on youtube for Stuck on Repeat and Meddle and New In Town... The performances on Later With Jools Holland are also great and she was on Glastonbury on the BBC this weekend so that should show up soon.

I've noticed a lack of album/song reviews on here lately. I miss that. I need new music. If something is grabbing you, then write a few sentences in a new thread... :)

EDIT: btw, Amazon.co.uk (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0027IAXF0/ref=nosim/123pc-21?dev-t=D10SBASHC4I9Q1) has this album for £6.98 free delivery :)

Really? I think its dissapointing, like most of the BBC's top 10 to watch out for.
